Phone and internet help for people out of work - first time posting

My home internet costs more than I can manage on unemployment. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Employers call and email constantly.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
