Phone and internet help for people out of work - first time posting

I use my phone as my only connection. It has been weighing on me all week. Employers call and email constantly. Did you qualify for any programmes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Libraries lend Wi-Fi hotspots in some towns. Mine lent one for three weeks.
