Phone and internet help for people out of work - first time posting

My home internet costs more than I can manage on unemployment. I am in Kansas City, in case local advice matters. I heard of low-cost plans for people with limited income. Did you qualify for any programmes?

Keep the number you use for job applications, even if you change plans. Employers will call it.
