Phone and internet help for people out of work - first time posting

I use my phone as my only connection. Any experience at all would help. Employers call and email constantly. What did you switch to?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
