Phone and internet help for people out of work - first time posting

I am worried about keeping my phone and internet on during my search. Any experience at all would help. Some applications need a computer.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
