Phone and internet help for people out of work

My home internet costs more than I can manage on unemployment. I am in Toledo, in case local advice matters. Employers call and email constantly. What did you switch to?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
