My home internet costs more than I can manage on unemployment. Some applications need a computer. What did you switch to?

Ask your internet provider about their low-income plan. They rarely advertise it.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
