Phone and internet help for people out of work (Charlotte)

I use my phone as my only connection. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Employers call and email constantly. What else should I consider?

Libraries lend Wi-Fi hotspots in some towns. Mine lent one for three weeks.

Ask your internet provider about their low-income plan. They rarely advertise it.
