Phone and internet help for people out of work (Birmingham)

I use my phone as my only connection. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Some applications need a computer.

Libraries lend Wi-Fi hotspots in some towns. Mine lent one for three weeks.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
