Phone and internet help for people out of work (Birmingham)

I use my phone as my only connection. Any experience at all would help. Some applications need a computer. What else should I consider?

Keep the number you use for job applications, even if you change plans. Employers will call it.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
