Phone and internet help for people out of work (Birmingham)

I am worried about keeping my phone and internet on during my search. I worked as a home health aide before this. Employers call and email constantly.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
