Phone and internet help for people out of work, bank teller here

I am worried about keeping my phone and internet on during my search. Thank you in advance. Some applications need a computer. Did you qualify for any programmes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
