Phone and internet help for people out of work

I am worried about keeping my phone and internet on during my search. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Employers call and email constantly.

Libraries lend Wi-Fi hotspots in some towns. Mine lent one for three weeks.

I switched to a low-cost plan through my carrier and cut my bill by almost half.
