Phone and internet help for people out of work (Austin)

I use my phone as my only connection. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I heard of low-cost plans for people with limited income. Did you qualify for any programmes?

Libraries lend Wi-Fi hotspots in some towns. Mine lent one for three weeks.

Keep the number you use for job applications, even if you change plans. Employers will call it.
