Phone and internet help for people out of work - any advice?

I use my phone as my only connection. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I heard of low-cost plans for people with limited income. Did you qualify for any programmes?

Ask your internet provider about their low-income plan. They rarely advertise it.
