Phone and internet help for people out of work after 4 years as a copywriter

I use my phone as my only connection. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I heard of low-cost plans for people with limited income.

Libraries lend Wi-Fi hotspots in some towns. Mine lent one for three weeks.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
