Phone and internet help for people out of work after 3 years as an accountant

I use my phone as my only connection. I am in Cincinnati, in case local advice matters. Some applications need a computer. Did you qualify for any programmes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
