Phone and internet help for people out of work after 16 years as a payroll clerk

I use my phone as my only connection. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I heard of low-cost plans for people with limited income. Did you qualify for any programmes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
