Phone and internet help for people out of work after 15 years as an accountant

I am worried about keeping my phone and internet on during my search. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Some applications need a computer. What else should I consider?

Ask your internet provider about their low-income plan. They rarely advertise it.
