Phone and internet help for people out of work after 13 years as a graphic designer

I am worried about keeping my phone and internet on during my search. I am in Omaha, in case local advice matters. I heard of low-cost plans for people with limited income. What did you switch to?

Ask your internet provider about their low-income plan. They rarely advertise it.
