Phone and internet help for people out of work - 8 months and counting

I am worried about keeping my phone and internet on during my search. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I heard of low-cost plans for people with limited income.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
