Phone and internet help for people out of work

My home internet costs more than I can manage on unemployment. It has been a long 20 weeks. Some applications need a computer. Did you qualify for any programmes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
