Phone and internet help for people out of work - 5 months and counting

I use my phone as my only connection. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Employers call and email constantly. Did you qualify for any programmes?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
