Phone and internet help for people out of work

My home internet costs more than I can manage on unemployment. It has been weighing on me all week. I heard of low-cost plans for people with limited income. Did you qualify for any programmes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
