Phone and internet help for people out of work

I use my phone as my only connection. I heard of low-cost plans for people with limited income. What did you switch to?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Ask your internet provider about their low-income plan. They rarely advertise it.
