Phone and internet help for people out of work - 4 weeks in

My home internet costs more than I can manage on unemployment. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some applications need a computer.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Ask your internet provider about their low-income plan. They rarely advertise it.
