Phone and internet help for people out of work - 3 months and counting

I use my phone as my only connection. It has been a long 4 weeks. Employers call and email constantly. Did you qualify for any programmes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
