Phone and internet help for people out of work

My home internet costs more than I can manage on unemployment. There are 4 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Employers call and email constantly. Did you qualify for any programmes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
