Phone and internet help for people out of work - 2 months and counting

I use my phone as my only connection. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Employers call and email constantly. Did you qualify for any programmes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
