Phone and internet help for people out of work

My home internet costs more than I can manage on unemployment. There are 10 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I heard of low-cost plans for people with limited income.

Libraries lend Wi-Fi hotspots in some towns. Mine lent one for three weeks.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
