Phone and internet help for people out of work - 14 months and counting

I am worried about keeping my phone and internet on during my search. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Some applications need a computer. What did you switch to?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Ask your internet provider about their low-income plan. They rarely advertise it.
