Phone and internet help for people out of work - 12 months and counting

I am worried about keeping my phone and internet on during my search. It has been a long 25 weeks. I heard of low-cost plans for people with limited income. Did you qualify for any programmes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
