Phone and internet help for people out of work - 12 months and counting

My home internet costs more than I can manage on unemployment. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Employers call and email constantly. Did you qualify for any programmes?

Keep the number you use for job applications, even if you change plans. Employers will call it.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
