Mental health while out of work (update)

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a dental hygienist. It has been weighing on me all week. Some days I feel numb. How do you ask friends for support?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
