Mental health while out of work, teaching assistant here

I am trying to look after my mental health while I search. I worked as a teaching assistant before this. Some days I feel numb. What helps you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
