Mental health while out of work, store manager here

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a store manager. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I do not want to pretend I am fine.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
