Mental health while out of work (Richmond)

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a hotel front-desk agent. It has been weighing on me all week. I do not want to pretend I am fine. Did you talk to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
