Mental health while out of work, retail manager here

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a retail manager. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I do not want to pretend I am fine. What helps you?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
