I am trying to look after my mental health while I search. I am in Spokane, in case local advice matters. Some days I feel numb. What helps you?

Community mental-health services often have sliding-scale fees. I found mine through 211.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
