Mental health while out of work, medical assistant here

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a medical assistant. I do not want to pretend I am fine. How do you ask friends for support?

I told two friends how I really felt. It was uncomfortable, but it made things lighter.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
