Mental health while out of work (Honolulu)

I am trying to look after my mental health while I search. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. How do you ask friends for support?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
