Mental health while out of work - first time posting

Being out of work for 7 months has worn me down more than I expected. I worked as a marketing coordinator before this. Some days I feel numb. Did you talk to someone?

I told two friends how I really felt. It was uncomfortable, but it made things lighter.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
