Mental health while out of work - first time posting

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being an IT help-desk technician. Any experience at all would help. Some days I feel numb. Did you talk to someone?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
