Mental health while out of work - first time posting

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a quality inspector. Some days I feel numb.

Community mental-health services often have sliding-scale fees. I found mine through 211.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
