Mental health while out of work - first time posting

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a retail manager. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. How do you ask friends for support?

I told two friends how I really felt. It was uncomfortable, but it made things lighter.
