Mental health while out of work

I am trying to look after my mental health while I search. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected.

Community mental-health services often have sliding-scale fees. I found mine through 211.

I told two friends how I really felt. It was uncomfortable, but it made things lighter.
