Mental health while out of work

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a forklift operator. I am in Knoxville, in case local advice matters. I do not want to pretend I am fine. Did you talk to someone?

I told two friends how I really felt. It was uncomfortable, but it made things lighter.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
