Mental health while out of work, delivery driver here

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a delivery driver. It has been a long 17 weeks. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. How do you ask friends for support?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
