Mental health while out of work (Atlanta)

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a procurement assistant. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. How do you ask friends for support?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
