Mental health while out of work - any advice?

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a store manager. It has been a long 12 weeks. Some days I feel numb. Did you talk to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
